Prepare the Package
Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached and include a printed copy of your return authorization inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
